Oh my God! I really can't sleep at night. This is happening for couple of weeks. I tried everything, no midday nap, no coffee and etc etc but still it is not easy to fall asleep. Yes, i do get sleepy. In fact always sleepy! But when i try to sleep or close my eyes in order to sleep as fast as possible, it doesn't go my way!
Okay these are what happened at nights:
1. On bed at 12am. At 2am, yes i didn't sleep yet and i didn't know when i asleep.
2. On bed at 1.30am since i know even if i was on bed earlier, i would wasting my time trying to sleep so i decided to study first. Oh no! At 3.30am, again, no sleep yet. Arghhhh!
3. Alright, this time i was on bed very early, at 10pm. Guess what, at 3am i was still 'alive'.
C'mon! I really don't know what to do. Wanna have a good quality and beauty sleep!
